Deployment

The process of deploying video ads varies from one player to the other. Our code wizard greatly simplifies the process by generating the VAST tag for you. Hosted video players generally provide you a field to simply copy and paste the VAST tag into. Some JavaScript coding may be required to integrate the VAST tag into self-hosted video players. However, to assist you with this we have put together some examples that show how to do this with the most popular players in our user manual.

Pre-Roll Video

Click the following video to start playing it. You will see a pre-roll video ad for the Big Buck Bunny movie before the actual video of a train track appears. In addition to this, a 300x250 companion banner will also appear alongside the video.

Video ads may also be scheduled in mid-roll or post-roll positions provided that your video player supports that type of scheduling.

VPAID HTML5

Here's an example HTML5 VPAID creative that loads a custom skinned HTML5 video player on top of the publisher-side player for a more branded experience.

This is just one of the many exciting possibilities with HTML5 and VPAID, which has much more to offer.

Non-Linear Banner

Click the following video to start playing it. You will see that a 728x90 banner for FireFox appears along the bottom of the video after it has been playing for 3 seconds.

Lengthy videos may have multiple non-linear banners scheduled at different positions provided that your video player supports that type of scheduling.
